Due to the nature of performance-based digital advertising, fees charged for qualified enquiries already delivered are non-refundable.

Unused advertising budgets may be refunded at the discretion of More Marketing.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction date by emailing hello@moremarketing.net. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

All refunds, where approved, will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
